Javier is the best barber I’ve ever had, no question. Super chill guy, always knows exactly how I want my cut. Clean fades, sharp lines, and just good vibes every time. If you go to this barbershop, definitely ask for Javier — dude’s legit.

Derek is awesome, he actually listens and you can tell he really cares! He is very attentive to detail. Will definitely keep coming back to Victory, it has a very welcoming atmosphere. Thanks!!

I’m the 200th review and this man deserves to be the 200th — Derek!!! When people ask dude who’s your barber I just say yes! My man crushes it everytime and gives some very good genuine advice on the cut. Also a great conversational barber as well. An hour feels like 15 minutes in his chair!! Always gives the best skin fades and makes the beard line super crispy!!! You Need to use Derek for your next cut!!

Went into Victory Barber Lounge for the first time to get my very finicky teenage son to get his haircut as a walkin. Derek cut my teens hair, and did an amazing job! He took the time to listen to what my son wanted and also added his suggestions as well on what would look better on him. He did an amazing job! We will definitely be going back! It was well worth the money!

Just got another 10/10 cut from Derek at Victory Barber Lounge. Every time I go to him he does fantastic work, actually listens to what I want & makes sure I like it before I leave. Great energy, great conversation, great shop atmosphere as well. I'm going to keep coming back here for the foreseeable future and going to Derek every time.

Javier is amazing!! I have 4 boys & they only request him. Always leave looking fresh! Super quick but great attention to detail & meets all the special requests!
